Job Description:

• Explore new methods for software verification and validation including automation
• Work with Development and Technical Services teams to efficiently troubleshoot problems 
• Strong organization and written & verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Implement CMMI-DEV High Maturity Practices in Software Projects
• Help Project Managers to create CMMI artefacts, review & Track same
• Metrics Analysis
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving approach
• Self-initiator
• Develop quality assurance, verification plan and standards.
• Perform stage gate reviews, audits on all the deliverables and complete conformity checks.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and standards is preferable.
• Verifying the consistency, the completeness and accuracy of the quality documents of the software
• Verify that software functions according to functional and user requirements and software design specifications 
• Explore new methods for software verification and validation including automation

Skills Required:

• Project Management experience
• Worked in Information Technology organization or S/W Product Development organization
• Minitab experience
• either faced CMMI Assessment to represent any role or had been part of Audit Team
• Experience in Effective reviews of software test artifacts.
