Job Description for Desktop Support : 

• Candidates should have hands on Good Communication Skills is must
• Should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments
• Minimum 6 Months experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote.
• Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
• Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/lotus note-To solve the technical problems remotely.
• Knowledge of Software Installation.
• Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.


Job Description for System Admin

• Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration
• Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems
• Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools
• IDAM knowledge/experience
• Hands on experience on AD / DNS / DHCP
• Basic level server experience .
• Expertise in implementing Active Directory Services.
• Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/ Lotus Notes- ability to solve the technical problems 
• Knowledge of Software Installation / Upgrade / Rollouts
• Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be comfortable for 24*7 shifts. No transportation facility would be available
• Candidate should have good communication skills
• Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from an affiliated university
• Candidate should have all educational mark sheets and certificates as also the set of documents for the companies worked, e.g. Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter
