Job Description:
- Responsible for establishing and driving the creative vision of a project.
- He / She will directly collaborate with business stakeholders, the project team and leads in the creation of user interface renderings and specifications.
- He / She will be responsible for the execution and delivery of creative design deliverables.
- He / She will also act as a mentor and manage fellow team members and take up higher responsibilities as they come.
- Experience with conceptual design and creative prototypes as well as tactical UI design and implementation.
- Understands and can communicate effectively the user experience, methods and rationale
- Abreast of UX design best practices, trends and techniques
- Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts
- Translating user requirements into innovative design sketches, wireframes, prototypes and written specifications as needed to help translate ideas into production.
- Knowledge on Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design and Accessibility
- Hands-On Experience on wireframe tools such as PowerPoint, Visio etc. Experience in iRise, Axure is a plus
- HFI Certification will be strongly considered a plus
- Experience in Creating Wireframes and Web prototypes
- Hands-On Experience on wireframe tools such as PowerPoint, Visio etc. Experience in iRise, Axure is a plus
