- Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts.
- Expert knowledge of Java, C++ or any other programming language.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and hands on experience on any RDBMS.
- Good Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript etc.
- Good knowledge of web application technologies like JSP, Servlet, struts etc.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable code that conforms to software development standards.
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
- Must be a quick learner and be adaptable to new technologies.
- Strong problem solving , logical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
