Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Validate, test security rules to ensure quality and minimize False positives
- Generate and execute pcaps to enhance the security regression test cases
- Integration of testing mechanisms with industry best practices such as the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).
- Performing Manual and Automated Test Cases on Indusface solutions when needed
- Developing test cases, test scripts and processes(manual and automated) to insure quality goals are met
- Executing Functionality, Regression, Acceptance test cases
- Automation of Test-Scripts and execution
Required Skills:
- Experience on Application Security Testing (Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Code Review, White Box Testing).
- Understanding of network security and network layers.
- Experience in testing methodologies and process improvement.
- Hands on linux and open source/commercial tools experience and any commercial tools related to Security Testing.
- Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure services is a plus
- Knowledge on ModSecurity and Rule writing is a plus
- Experience in Java, Test NG, Maven, Linux Scripting, Python, Perl
- Experience/Knowledge in Amazon Web Services
