Job Description:
- Dispatching all ATM Related calls to concern FLM vendors/Bank and follow up will be done till call closure as per the escalation matrix.
- Calls will be logged to the concern SLM vendors if the ATM is down due to SLM related issues.
- Follow up will be done till call closure as per escalation matrix
- Co coordinating with internal team (AIMS) team for approvals and site related issues
- Handling FLM and SLM related calls from concern vendors
- Providing card blocking services to branch customers as per bank requirement.
