Responsibilities:
- Review default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO) covering all residential property types.
- Perform quality control of default appraisals and BPO.
- Assess performance of certified / licensed appraisers and brokers.
- Communicate with the vendors wherever required.
- Handle all rebuttals with respect to default appraisals, BPOs from clients.
- Follow-up with appraisers and brokers for undelivered or late orders.
- Inform management of appraisal and BPO quality trends.
- Proactively suggest process improvements.
