Resolution of tickets within Defined SLA
Respond to tickets within pre defined SLA
Get technical download of applications.
Train new recruited agents.
Help Team in achieving team’s target
Attend / participate/ Contribute in training, resolution workshops organized by function.
Update / Create user manuals and knowledge base.
Take support from L2/ SME in complex problems / bugs or issues.
