We are looking for Associate - Talent Acquisition for our team -Bangalore.

Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills
Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles
Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings.
Should be able to build strong referral networks.
Associating with the vendors for the relevant profiles for the requirements.
Profile Database Management.
Setting up interviews with the interview panel.
Following up with candidates till they are on-board.
Candidate Engagement, maintaining MIS reports for joinee data
Liasoning with Business to ensure smooth transactions between Business and Recruitment team.
